Wine Nobile di Montepulciano is the principal wine of Poliziano. Vino Nobile is a special, high-quality version of Chianti thanks to the Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese) grapes that narrate the Montepulciano area. Poliziano uses 85% Prugnolo Gentile in their blend, along with two traditional Chianti varieties, Colorino and Canaiolo, and a chip of Merlot. The complementary varieties add color, depth, and complexity to the elegance of the Sangiovese.

Starting with just 54 acres in the district of Montepulciano, the manor has at present grown to over 640 acres under the direction of Dino's son, Federico Carletti. While Carletti'south children, Francesco and Maria Stella, who represent the adjacent generation, are diligently studying to assume roles in the business, Carletti avidly keeps an eye on the hereafter of their winery. He is an agronomist, but he prefers to think of himself as a farmer because he is convinced that peachy wines originate in the vineyard. In improver to his superior knowledge of the vineyards, his enthusiasm for his land and creating a superior production are infectious.
